Zheng Gu Shui Liniment — Traditional Formula for Sprains & Bruises

Camphor — 5.6%

Menthol — 5.6%

Apply a small amount to the affected area with a cotton pad.

For more severe injuries, soak a cotton pad with the liniment and apply to the area for up to 1 hour.

Use 2–3 times daily. Or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Specifications: 100 mL per bottle

External use only. Do not take internally.

Flammable. Keep away from fire and open flames.

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds.

Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Do not use with external heat sources such as heating pads.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, contact a poison control centre immediately.

If symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.

Keep sealed and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and heat.
